With a degree in Sports Medicine, a minor in coaching and a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist through NSCA I am passionate about helping you take your first steps through your finishing strides. I have worked with a variety of athletes from collegiate level cross country runners, new moms and seasoned endurance athletes. I believe that a scientifically based and individualized training plan as well as a smart coach is crucial to improving race performance, creating longevity and keeping things fun.

For those looking for a little more guidance with their training. With a one time fee you will receive an individualized training plan to fit your season, lifestyle and fitness level.
