    I’ve made pumpkin goat cheese risotto (in fact, it was a thanksgiving side dish!) so I bet butternut squash would be just as delicious. Obviously though, I MUST try the sweet potato pizza. I have long been scared of cauliflower crust (I hate cauliflower), but I LOVE sweet potatoes so this sounds perfect.

    Love this post! That is a lot of really similar thoughts to mine for this week! That sweet potato pizza is also calling my name! I am an elite athlete, and so I do the “crazy things” quite a lot in workouts where I literally fall to the ground at the end! It is worth it though, what you put in is what you get out! Great post :) Have a wonderful weekend!

    I might try making that Beet Brownie recipe. I’m just wondering if you’ve ever heard of athletes using beet juice as a type of endurance fuel? Some people are saying it’s better than some of the manufactured fuel drinks. The thing I’m trying this weekend that is scary…taking puppy to puppy kindergarten on Sunday afternoon. My puppy is a BEAST! I hope we don’t get kicked out!
