My Vision and Goals.

I know it has been a while. But I am here today (:

I have talked about goal setting on this here blog a bit, here and here and here. Its been a big part of my life and helped me achieve all the things I am most proud of. When you have a clear vision of where you are going and why, anything is possible.

In the past I have kept my goals to myself for the most part. It is not that I am scared to share because I won’t achieve them. But by sharing my goals I am giving a huge part of myself  that I usually reserve for the people who I am closest to.

Recently however I have been “forced” to share away. My new job is huge not only goal setting but declaring your vision,  goals, making them real and having a “by when”.  To make it all the more public your vision and goals are printed and framed for everyone to see. This was not easy for me to do! But it is not easy for anyone. I finally finished mine this week and thought I would share with you all.

vision and goalsThese are not my only goals. It definitely includes some of my big ones but it also includes some blanks. It’s hard to think of 10 years from now what I will be doing!

It was fun to finally print out and frame my goals. It’s a good reminder for myself and creates a conversation around dreaming big in our work environment which is something I love and fully support.

Hope you all are having a fabulous week thus far!

Healthy Regards,

Have you ever been “forced” to declare your goals and share with others?

Have you thought about or created a vision about where you want to be in ten years? This is so powerful!

  5. I am out loud with my goals. I guess it’s part of the fun for me. I love creating vision boards for motivation but mine tend to be more short term. You’ve given me a few ideas for changing how I approach goals 🙂

You should really make time to do it! It’s not easy but when you declare it you make it happen
