March Workout Playlist

Sometimes a good workout comes down to a fresh playlist,an upbeat song and the ability to zone out. I have found that powering through bike intervals, tempo runs or elliptical sessions are made easier with energizing music.

Here is what has been coming through my headphones this past month:

  3. I just downloaded the Ellie Golding song today and put it on repeat during my hill intervals. Love it! Another song that I recommend is Latch (feat. Sam Smith) by Disclosure. It’s amazing how a new song can boost motivation.
