March Workout Playlist

Sometimes a good workout comes down to a fresh playlist,an upbeat song and the ability to zone out. I have found that powering through bike intervals, tempo runs or elliptical sessions are made easier with energizing music.

Here is what has been coming through my headphones this past month:

  1. Mmm Yeah– Austin Mahone
  2. Take Me Home- Cash Cash
  3. Love Don’t Die- The Fray
  4. Raging Fire- Phillips Phillips
  5. Hanging On (I see Monstas Remix)– Ellie Goulding
  6. Beachin- Jake Owen
  7. The Man- Aloe Blaac
  8. #GETITRIGHT – Miley Cyrus
  9. Goodbye (Jake Shanahan Mix)– Glenn Morrison
  10. All Of You- Peter Thomas

Life in general is always better with good music, right?

Healthy Regards,

  3. I just downloaded the Ellie Golding song today and put it on repeat during my hill intervals. Love it! Another song that I recommend is Latch (feat. Sam Smith) by Disclosure. It’s amazing how a new song can boost motivation.
